The room was clean and the location felt safe. The layout of the hotel is problematic- there are rooms on the first floor right next to the lobby - if you have a room in this location, you will hear everything that happens on the lobby. With the exception of one lady, everyone I spoke to was very friendly. Breakfast ladies were amazing! The room description on Hotels.com does not match the room description of the hotel. If you aren’t booking directly through the hotel, you may have problems. Including my own, there were three that I know that occurred during my stay. Due to the terrible room location and not getting the type of room I selected, I cut my stay short to stay at a different hotel. If I am ever in the area again, I probably won’t be back because the other hotel was so amazing.

The power was out because of a storm but the staff handled it so well. They were friendly, informative and on task helping with the check in.

The main issues were with the condition of the hotel and room comfort. We had two rooms, and both had inconsistent temperatures that made it difficult to stay comfortable. In addition, the flooring throughout the hotel appeared worn and unclean, and it could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement. Despite those concerns, I still felt it was a nice hotel overall. The excellent customer service helped make up for some of the property's shortcomings. With a few updates and improvements to maintenance, this could be an even better place to stay.

Nice location, very new and clean, lots of restaurants nearby, staff was fantastic, breakfast was nicer than most hotel free ones, beds were comfortable.
