I liked it

The a/c in my room leaked all night and soaked the carpet. On the 3rd floor near ice machine there was a huge Ceiling leak with water dripping.

The rooms are great, and the staff is wonderful. The rooms, lobby, and pool are all clean and well-maintained.

It was a full house there for that weekend I’m so glad I checked in when I did and thanks to you all it was easy and great experience for the first time now back to the weekend there was a good amount of people for that event only 1 elevator and it was barely moving it was scary the stairs you can’t go up and the people literally was taking on the elevator they definitely need to work on stair case and elevators working to properly especially of how much they charge that there needs special attention also the event crowd made it hard for the other stayers when it came to the lobby and the parking lott no where to park but that’s expected but not fair but thanks to you all it was all good!

Pleasant

The only thing that i like about this location was the friendly staff. Hotel was noisy(Saturday Night). Kids playing baseball in hallway, looked to also be an AAU basketball team running through the hotel. Elevators were wet, hallway carpet was nasty, and the room floors should not be walked on without some type of shoe. Management had zero towels to give. Pillow case smelled like someone pissed on it. Breakfast did not open during the listed hours. Showers looked to be uncleaned. Location looked to be a little sketchy as well.
