Green Town Mộc Châu

I had reserved a private room, but it was unavailable when I arrived. All communication was done via translation apps, so it’s possible something was miscommunicated. They didn’t say anything and showed me the dorm room, but said I was the only person in it. I was confused, and asked for the room I booked. They only offered a discount when I said I would like to cancel and I’d find other options. The dorm room was ok, but not what I was expecting. The noise from the adjacent dining area was a bit loud even with earplugs in. It’s a cute place, and I wish I was able to try the private room. They have a really sweet dog and cat that love attention. I appreciated being able to park my motorcycle inside a secured area. Booking.com mentions that lunch and dinner are available for $1, but that’s not accurate. They have a menu with individual prices for items.

The hotel presents itself nicely in pictures, featuring a large pool and lush green grounds. The room I booked boasted a large window, a comfortable bed, and an air conditioner. However, the air conditioner in the first room was not cooling properly. Thankfully, the issue was resolved promptly when I requested a room change The entire place appeared rather worn down, and it was evident that cleanliness and maintenance were not adequately upheld. The pool was noticeably dirty, with chunks of fallen plant debris strewn across the bottom, and the water was murky. It seemed as though it had been weeks since anyone had taken the time to properly clean it

One of our party was over 80 years old, the Manager did not speak English so she told our guide there was no more rooms available on the bottom floor. When we discovered another room she should have credited the other room that was prepaid but she charged them 350,000 on top of what they had already paid and the room was similar. No English or menu so we could Not order breakfast. Our guide helped. The pool was dirty also. There was a white film on our legs when we just sat by the pool. The surroundings and the rooms were very nice. It is too bad the service did not meet our expectations. Very nice to look at but it was away from any other restaurants in town. Some English spoken would have helped to order Breakfast. Clean the pool.

good wifi, the location and the grounds were nice beds very hard, flat pillows and extremely thin sheets, algae pool, poor choice of breakfast items (2 pieces of bread and oily eggs plus two slices of watermelon) and if we had not had our tour guide who speaks Vietnamese we would not be able to communicate at all about anything as no one speaks English and cash only for hotel even though booking.com says you can. standard room is not good, definitely do a deluxe

Fantastic place . Unbelievable value for money. food is great. Staff are excellent, rooms are spacious and very clean We had an excellent stay and will stay again 100% for sure. doesnt get any better than this

The staff was very kind and so helpfull. The room was very nice as well and especially the bathroom had a lovely ambiance. On booking there was some negative feedback, but during our stay none of that feedback was noticable meaning that the staff really takes feedback to the heart and is looking for ways to improve themselves. And I almost forgot to mention the awesome dinners that they serve, which tasted great and were very fresh When all the rooms are booked, the garden can get quitte crowded

The room is clean and new The best part is they have kitchen that serves local dishes, even BBQ and Hot Pot There is alsp motorbike rental They simply have all you need for a good trip.

comfortable beds bigger groups seems to get more attention from the staff. We felt neglected when we had dinner there. There were no towels in the room.

We've been looking for many accommadations in Moc Chau and luckily, we found this place. At first, I don't see many reviews so I just tried my luck and it was exceeded my expectations. - the room was creatively decorated - staff are very helpful, we had some problem and arrived at the home about midnight but the still waited and welcomed us. They also gave us some travel recommendations and help carry our luggage. - nice and big swimming pool. - the host also support us to book the coach from Hanoi to Moc Chau. Nothing
