Room was clean and served my needs. Staff was very polite and professional. There were numerous travel sports teams also staying at the hotel. They overran the common areas, held up the elevators trying to play and be funny and ran the halls on my floor until after midnight.

Breakfast was not great, it states Buffett but it is not. There was no waffle maker they were out of a bunch of food when we got down there at 830

This hotel is in a great location to stay when attending an event at the Vibrant Arena at The Mark. We walked out one of the hotel doors, down a sidewalk path right to the door of the arena. It was only about a 2 minute walk! The rooms were very nice and the breakfast we included with our stay, was very good with a lot of options. We were able to get a space in their self-parking lot for $5 a night. We will definitely stay there again. A very nice place!

Super convenient to the arena next door and plenty of food options within walking distance. There is a lot of road construction all around the hotel but it wasn’t too difficult to navigate around. They apparently charge a parking fee that wasn’t disclosed but I wasn’t charged at the end?

Front desk staff are great but a bit hard to find during non peak times. They seem to have duties which require them to be away from the desk (such as refilling the ice water and coffee in the breakfast room.) Friendly, efficient and helpful otherwise. The room seemed fairly clean although the bathroom is dated, dark and has noticeable damage on the ceiling in the shower as well as a fairly dirty vent of some sort above the shower head. The floor of the bathtub is slippery. The sheets on the bed were extremely clean, the beds are well made. The breakfast room is clean and the people who make breakfast do a great job. All in all I would stay again it would love to see improvements in the bathroom.

BR was good the initial room had no AC working - they "fixed" it by putting 2 fans in a room, which did not help at all to cool down; finally we got a new room with good AC
