Walls were very thin. Even though the neighborhood itself is quiet, your neighbors in the hotel aren't always... I could hear the person in the next room talking, snoring, and coughing.

It room was quite small and the appliances a bit old.

Reception staff was exceptional, made sure I as comfortable and secure in my room. When they discovered that Imwould not be able to enjoy their breakfast service, they made sure I had a very nice packed breakfast waiting for me at checkout. It as a short drive from train station, 10 minutes by taxi.

It was fairly clean, the staff was nice. The location was good for getting into the city. The room smelled terribly of smoke and the fixtures/doors/windows/curtains were old and nearly falling apart.

It was a very comfortable and cozy room, it was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find, and it was near a few good dining and takeaway options. I would appreciate the central heating running for more hours of the day/evening in the peak winter months; it was a little chilly when we arrived mid-afternoon, and it seemed like it shut off fairly early before bedtime. But it wasn't cold by any means; we were still very comfortable, and I prefer a more neutral temperature in my room when I sleep anyway. And it would be running again by the time we woke up anyway. Regarding the location, it was a little far from the city center, but we didn't mind a bit of extra exercise by walking a few blocks to the nearest metro stop.

Location was fine in the outskirts of Turin. Street parking was no problem. Restaurants within easy walking distance. Very good value for money. No complaints for the money.

The hotel manager was very kind and helpful. He tried his best to satisfy our needs. Hotel is located near metro station Bengasi. The breakfast was decent.
