Don’t even know where to start with this horrible review. The front desk was rude and not helpful. The room smelled liked stale cigarettes. Also the fruit flies in the room were horrible. Will never stay here again

This hotel was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family's stay. Lots of space for clothes in the hanging closet/shelves. Kitchenette area was clean and spacious. I could have stayed here all week happily.

By far ,the the worst experience that i have ever had at a hotel stay, for starters, the bathroom, mold all over the shower ceiling, really smelled bad in there like it had not been cleaned for weeks, at the time we arrived late and could not find another place to stay. You only had a towel and facecloth, no hand towel, when I went down to the front desk and asked for a hand towel, she said we don't have them, use your big towel. no coffee pot. When we booked the trip, online said that it was $10.00 a night for your pet, when I arrived there she said it would be $ 50.00 per night for the pet. I showed her on my phone what it said, she said a supervisor would call me. No phone call until the next day, she told me to look online and check the pet fees, so I did, they changed the pet fee that night to $ 50.00 a night from $ 10.00 the night before, not to mention the people at the front desk are to busy on there phone texting or talking to there boyfriends in the lobby, they could care less about your stay there, what a joke, STAY AWAY, the only good thing was when we drove out to the next hotel.

Disappointing

The two front desk staff - were horrible and rude ! Stepping into the hotel and having a negative attitude and vibe ruin the stay. My hotel key somehow got deactivated and had to see them again. Once again , rude. The room was nice but the ambiance horrible.

I stayed for 11 days and asked the staff the next morning of my 1st day for a maintenance reqeust to swap out my blinds because one of the slats was broken and letting in light from the exterior parking lights. No one ever came to make the repairs and I reminded them multiple times and they said someone would come to make the repairs. No one ever came and then the 2nd floor shower started leaking water into my unit. If you're looking for a budget friendly stay, this is your place. If you have any issues with your unit while staying here, you may not get your maintenace request fulfulled.
