Amazing location and rooms! Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Riccardo, the host, was very kind and serviceable. Breakfast was also very good. We loved everything!

Location! Right in the midst of historic Monopoli, close to all the attractions, beaches and restaurants. Room was very comfortable and was refreshed daily. A wonderful breakfast was served daily. Riccardo is a fantastic host - we can't say enough good things about him and his staff! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A little tough negotiating the uneven height stairs. It would have been nice if they thought to bring the cushions on the upstairs terrace in during the rain so that you could sit out there when the sun returned, but we couldn't because they remained wet for days.

The location, room, breakfast and hosts. A place to sit outside and enjoy the view!

Great location , very clean and comfortable Hard to find car parking in the adjacent town area and a little difficult to find using maps - however Riccardo was more than accommodating and helpful

Loved the staff, room, location and breakfast.

The place is centrally located in the old town. Walking distance to all the historical sites. Although there was no parking nearby, it never became an issue. Riccardo was incredibly helpful, and his dad assisted us with our luggage and even drove us to the parking area for check-in and check-out, at no charge! Riccardo truly was amazing.

I may have missed the check-in/check-out instructions, but it was confusing for me. Someone did open the door remotely and then I received a text saying someone was coming, but if I didn't miss the instructions, some more explicit instructions for pressing buzzer and waiting inside for host could b helpful. If I missed this because of oversight, disregard.

Everything! Perfect location , family owned, Ricardo picked us up from the parking lot with our luggage. He and his mother are fantastic hosts. Spotlessly clean. Nothing

What a beautiful place! Wonderful breakfast, hosts and cleaning service. Comfy bed too. Highly recommend! Nothing. Just be aware there is construction nearby which obstructs beach access and parking is a bit of a walk. Completely beyond the control of the host.

Excellent breakfast-Ricardo was an excellent host! He picked us up and dropped us off at the train station which was totally unexpected. He was very accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed

The property is beautiful and the rooms are well appointed. It is in a great location- in the heart of the old city and yet very quiet when you are in your room. The hosts were fantastic- helpful with directions, welcoming and kind. Breakfast was delicious! We liked everything!

The B&B is fresh, clean, recently renovated, comfortable and well located. The breakfast was superb with a wide choice of breads, cereals, cold meats, teas and coffees etc. All the staff led by Riccardo were wonderful, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ‘at home’. Absolutely nothing.

Breakfast was excellent, plus beautiful. Balcony view was fantastic. Only the stairs were difficult (including the stairs to the room's only closet). But the blue stairs were totally worth the effort.

This Boutique Air BNB was absolutely exquisite. It was immaculate, had the most inviting scents, decor and atmosphere, and was in a prime location for shopping, the water and dining options. Riccardo was an absolute doll! He did everything possible to make our stay comfirtable and amazing. The breakfast was delicious! We felt very safe and cozy here. I was sad to leave.

Loved everything about our stay, the location, the rooms and the beautiful breakfast left us loving monopoli even more! Also Riccardo and the other staff were incredible and went above and beyond to ensure not only our time in the B&B was amazing but also our time in monopoli. The only one very very very small issue was the glass in the bathroom showers is very open and isn’t frosted so your travel partner gets a full view of you in the shower haha. But it is such a small issue it wont stop us from coming back!

Location was excellent as was the room. Riccardo was so helpful and really liked that he picked us up and dropped off at the train station! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and provided an awesome breakfast! Thank you Riccardo
