Stay away from this place!!After a horrible stay at this subpar place that looks more like a low end B&b than a hotel, after spending a lot of money for bad rooms without even WiFi and terrible services, they fraudulently charged us 300$ a month after the stay!!For no reasons without asking approval and obviously storing our credit card info and trying to rob us even further!!!After submitting photos and evidence to booking, they penalized this “hotel” and fined them!!Don’t be fooled by the pictures that are totally deceiving, this is a 2 stars hotel at best, run with incompetence and without any love for tourism hosting and interest in the satisfaction of their guests! The owner is a money hungry guy who employs his underage daughters and is a scam artist that will fraudulently charge your credit card for no reasons and without approval a month after your stay!! Do yourself a favor and find a credible place that won’t ruin your vacation and rob you of your hard earned money!

The beautiful location.Mary was brilliant in every way and we loved staying there. We booked dinner for 8.0pm but we waited forever and finally got our pasta main course at 9.40pm.The slowest experience we have ever had and am afraid it spoilt the evening.

The location out of the crowds, private, great views of trulli houses, pool was perfect, the staff treated us like if we were family, hands down the best, loved it, definitely will be back next year WiFi didn’t cover a big area but hopefully they can get better WiFi

It is a lovely retreat. We were able to lie by the pool and relax. Dinner including wine was delicious and reasonable.

Vacanza meravigliosa! We had such a great experience at this resort. Mary, Andrea, and staff were so attentive and caring to all of our needs during our stay here at Borgo d'Itria -Trulli Resort. It felt like being part of their family by the time our trip had ended. We felt so sad when we had to leave the. The ambience was spectacular and the food was delicious. Everything came directly from their farm. Our Trulli was amazing! What a memorable way to experience, Italy. We highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Puglia, this resort will make you feel right at home.

We were truly impressed by the kindness of the staff and the warm, family-like atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was also incredible. Fresh ingredients were prepared with care, and the owners genuinely care about their guests. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in the service. I thought we had booked a trullo with a separate bedroom, but in fact, everything is open, which is a bit less comfortable with two children—though we still enjoyed the accommodation. The kitchen is very small, so it’s fine for making pasta, but it’s not really designed for actual cooking.

A beautiful and magical place. The location is very good. Delicious and local high quality food. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. And Mary, a woman with a great heart for people. Thank you for everything. If you go to Puglia, go only to Borgo D'Itria?

It was cozy , clean and the pool and property was beautiful! Nothing!! Just wish we were there when the restaurant was open and when we could stay longer.

Lovely maintained property, cosy trullis and a great pool. Mary and her team are exceptional! Nothing

Staff, especially the owner, were incredible. Food was also the most amazing, with almost everything made by themselves at the property. Nothing really.

Gorgeous property, accommodating hosts, amazing breakfast and a great location for our family for a low key week in Puglia. Easy access by car to several local attractions. Fresh fruit and two resident donkeys were also a plus! Highly recommend! For our family of five the kitchen set up was sparse, we expected to be able to cook and comfortably eat in our trullo but it was limited. Our trullo was set back from the main area with pool, which at first we were disappointed about, but walking past the donkeys all the time was a treat for the kids and ended up being very manageable.
