Staff is very responsive. Rooms are clean.

The ratings were excellent our stay was ok. Our room appeared to be clean and had modern furnishings, but I was a little disappointed. We stayed three days. We did not have housekeeping the first day. The bedding was clean, but it was obvious the floor was not vacuumed. The breakfast was a good offering but when I asked if things would be replenished I was told no, and the guy just walked away, with no apologies, so my son ate well, but I didn’t. Things were running out and it was obvious he didn’t care! He sat on his butt and there was still a half hour before breakfast hours ended. I’m not going to lie, I chose the hotel based on their known breakfast options! I was really disappointed! The pool was over chlorinated so that was disappointing. I feel like we overpaid and the hotel was over hyped.

Great location and clean and well maintained property.

The room was clean - front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant suggestions, parking was great and we enjoyed the nice breakfast.

Manager offered to move us to another room. But we were unpacked .Breakfast items were out of stock, pancake maker was broken, food was not hot, and i said good morning to chief and he was short with me. he was just sitting waiting to close buffet at 9AM . our room had a smell.??? shampoo dispenser has conditioner in both containers. washed my hair with hand soap.. read above i mixed questions
