It was dirty and smelled so bad. Wouldn't recommend.
-
The room was filthy. There was mold on the walls, ceiling, and inside the AC vents. There were dirt marks all over the walls (it looked like someone with dirty hands rubbed their hands across the walls). The walls were ‘letting lose and crumbling’. There was gunk all over the floors and baseboards, as well as the steps for the jacuzzi tub. The sheets were stained. The headboard was broken and screwed to the wall. The ‘KING’ size bed was a QUEEN mattress on a king frame. There was no hairdryer. The fridge was rusted, broken, and had food still in it from the previous person. The door frame was broken. The dresser / dresser drawers were broken and the corners of the dresser was broken. There was rust on all of the hinges and wall fixtures. A lot more things as well, just too much to list. Although I did take photos !! Definitely would NOT recommend.

Cheap hotel. Beds are decent. Toilets finishing was not nice. They need to renovate.
-
Dirty beat up looking furniture that looks like it came out of the garbage. Staff demanded me the $60 deposit had to be cash only. Looked like a crack shack if you ask me.
-
Not sure
-
Everything was up to date and places to eat and get gas were very close by too.
-
My only complaint would be the tv had a crack (still worked) also the outlets were not convenient

I was in town for a convention, and this property is pretty close to the convention center, so very convenient for a reasonable price. The room was clean and as a single woman, I felt safe. Plenty of parking, too.
-
It was located near a really nice restaurant The room was dirty everything about the room was not clean. I understand it was a smoke room but smoke rooms need to be cleaned too. The air conditioning unit was filthy. That hotel need a serious remodel. I did ask if they had another non smoking room they didn't.

We had a great stay. It was peaceful and quiet. We had a goodnight sleep and the staff were warm and kind and caring .
-
Not clean mold on the ceiling of bathroom. Sheets on bed we’re disgusting.
-
It felt the need for me being a low price hotel . Everything functioned and the bed was nice and soft. I slept well and the restaurant next to the property was really good and convenient. It feels like an older property, I’m picky when it comes to things feeling clean and I don’t feel disturbed by anything so that’s always a plus. I recommend for a nice low priced alternative especially for vendors of conventions

The customer service was equally disappointing. A couple of weeks before my check-in, I called to request a room change, but the staff rudely informed me that no rooms were available due to a football tournament. However, when I arrived at the hotel, there were clearly several rooms available. When I requested a room change at around 10:00 PM during check-in, I was charged an additional $15 without any reasonable explanation. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and unnecessary extra charges made this a poor experience. I would recommend staying at another hotel in the area that offers much better value for the same price.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The TVs were newer and the nightly rate was fair. i would stay here again.
