Comfortable room very clean It’s a drive to the slopes but that’s reflected in price

The room was very nice, modern, confortable, and with amazing views over the Cerdagne. It is also nice that you can access for free to the indoor swimming pools next door. The rest of the hotel is quite outdated. The corridors are very dark, really needing a renovation.

The hotel is charming - a little bit 70s but I mean this in a good way. A little bit The Shining maybe. The pool is genuinely fun and there is some gym equipment, sauna, jacuzzi , table tennis all included in the price of your stay. The pool closes at 7pm I think. The breakfast buffet is generous. An awful lot of cake which isn’t really my thing in the morning but feels plentiful. There are also the standard hotel scrambled eggs, cheap sausages, yoghurts, pancakes, fruit etc. They attempted to accommodate my coeliac daughter with gluten free crackers and biscuits. The views from the bar and restaurant are spectacular. And the resident old dog is really lovely. The reception staff are not exactly bubbly but warm up eventually . I quite like a somber welcome; makes the whole place seem even more atmospheric. I’m not overly keen on cheap sausages or cake for breakfast but appreciate the generous amount of food offered and enjoyed myself at breakfast anyway..

The bed was good and the restaurant plus the view from the room was nice. The rooms were tiny. You could not pas an other person anywhere in the room but one had to back up so the other could pass

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional and well worth paying extra for. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and heated, with great views across the valley. The availability of on-site parking is always a bonus. One improvement would be the availability of tea and coffee making facilities in the apartment. We were also caught out by the pool closing at 19:00. A shame after a day's skiing.

Good beds Breakfasts was extensive. Unpleasant reception, bordering on rude. Noisy road, so no fresh air. Breakfast was rather sweet and carbs heavy.

The only thing is that If you are on the bottom floor and under the dining area, you can hear the chairs scraping on the floor loudly through the ceiling. Very quiet though from ~10pm - 8am.

Rooms have been recently updated to a good standard.. Nice accomodation & facilities The pool & spa being a nice plus... Public area 'vintage' with a certain charm. Owners a bit austere at first & dont make a positive 1st impression
