Great staff, great relaxing indoor court area with a nice pool, location was an easy walk to Place Nationale. Dali restaurant is great (we loved Roger!). Water and expresso is provided at any time downstairs. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows and great linens/towels! The A/C in our room worked wonderfully and was most welcome after the heatwave! The staff is very nice, welcoming and helpful at all times! Very clean facility! Our terrace room on the “river” side (no view at all) was too noisy from very early morning until late at night! You hear people yelling, cars racing, and the glass recycling being dumped. The room’s sliding glass door was weak! So sadly, did not get to enjoy sitting outside! It’s obviously for smokers (our neighbors smoked) as there was an ashtray out there. I would not have selected this room knowing that. We were also at the end of a hall that stayed hot (no a/c) and dark (motion sensor lights never worked properly) and we were too close to housekeeping trolleys they keep parked in the hallway. Seemed strange to block the halls 24/7 but they did except on our last night (of 4). This particular room (designed for a family) desperately needs better storage! The side tables were 2 little barstools. And the table was tiny! No place to put your luggage (one small rack provided) and it could use a small fridge to keep water or snacks cool.

Breakfast and dinber was ok. A little pricey.

Despite a software glitch with our reservation, Tamuna went above and beyond to ensure our entire family was perfectly accommodated throughout our 3-night stay.

The location is superb. The hotel has a lot of space. Parking was very easy. The room had a nice view. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Food was good. Not applicable.

The hotel was super accomodating. We had a few specific needs and staff was very helpful to make that not a problem. If visiting Montauban, this is really a great stay, will definitely visit again.

Great breakfast, lovely hotel with style. Nothing to dislike other than resturant for dinner being in the new built hotel adjoining the old one rather than the older hotel for breakfast. Food was good though.

Exceptional

Breakfast was good, albeit expensive., but there were plenty of choices of food and beverage. Room was comfortable and roomy. Nice to have the complimentary coffee and bottled water. Location excellent for exploring historic center. Very interesting building. Had trouble adjusting room temperature and it took us a while to figure out the key card to activate the interior lights.

The room was immaculate. The hair dryer.

Beautiful building in a great location which is very close to the main historic square. The rooms are large, clean but rather dark and dated. Staff are helpful and friendly and the free car parking is a huge bonus.

Very corporate. Room v quiet but couldn't connect to WiFi. Very clean and friendly, efficient staff.

No bar available, absolutely terrible restaurant service, incorrect order, incredibly slow, order errors and awful cooking.

There were food left at the fridge from the previous customer. I told the receptionist, they didn’t do anything.
