I loved the place so much, service is superior very relaxing resort, defiantly will come back. Thanks Montana Ac was not working, cold shower in spa center was not working

We loved the wellness area, the food was also really excellent. The facilities are great and there are planned activities every day. We also have to commend the staff - everyone was so nice and professional. .

Everything! Very kind staffs, excellent facilities, delicious breakfast and dinner, spacious room, impressive view!!! Specially sauna facilities are beyond my expectations. And the location is also very good for trekkers. Various routes for trekking nearby. We will come back in the near future. None.

The place is very quiet and clean, the breakfast was wonderful and varied, and the staff were very helpful.

The staff is very kind, the rooms are very clean and designed in a new way. The restaurant have a very tasty and high-quality dishes. The SPA is clean, modern and inviting. Perfect choice and value for money. Sorry, nothing to say.

What’s not to like regarding the view of Trento. Big appartment, really nice staff and good breakfast. Sadly we thought we had dinner of what the website showed but ‘only’ buffet.

It was amazing expirience, I can't describe it, you just feel that you are dearest guest and everything is done to help and support you and to give to you as much positive emotions as possible.

Really nice looking place, you can feel very comfortable, close to the slope, spacious rooms and helpful staff (for example gave us second linen with no hesitation). -

The hotel staff really ensured that we do not miss anything. This is wonderful family hotel with a lot of activities for kids as well as adults. The dinners were great with excellent variety, the personnel in the restaurant was very pleasant, friendly and polite. The spa is very good with breath taking view to the mountains. The pool is also amazing with beautiful view towards the main ski slope. The ski slopes are 100 meters away which makes the hotel location perfect. We were really happy that we chose Montana hotel for our winter holiday and we will certainly come back soon. The breakfast was average, some more variety can be considered. There was no one at arrival to take care of our luggage and take it to our room. We had to do it ourselves.

Great location and views from the room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was top notch. (Non of the US hotels including upscale ones we stayed at, would come anywhere close to the breakfast quality and variety. It's a shocking contrast). The interior of the hotel had several very cool areas. Well designed interior of hotel hallways and common areas. It was a little challenging to navigate through at the begining - to find the room, etc. But after a while we've learned our ways around. It was a bit challenging to find things (room, way out, etc.) at first. The room numbering didn't seem to correspond with each level.

Great staff, place and everything.

The facilities provided were great, including the mini club, the swimming pool and the spa facilities. The staff was excellent, especially Matteo, who gave us great insights into local history and tips. They organised very nice activities throughout the days. Food was also good. You had to pay for drinking water at the meals even though mountain tap water is super clean and fresh. In the end, we ended up bringing our own tap water in a glass bottle from the room.

The extreme kindness of the whole staff. The location on top of the mountain, crazy view. The room (with mezzanine) very modern. The kids club for free. The quality of food. Overall the price / quality ratio. No air condition in the room, we were there during a heat wave in august and it was 26• in the room, 28/29• in the mezzanine, under the rooftop. Our little one was sweating all night.. Even with windows open it was not enough to cool down + light of sun waking everyone up at 6am. We understand that this rarely happens but with when the climate change it should now be a must in all accommodation in Italy. We didn’t even think about checking on the AC option before booking. Curtains not covering up the light completely.

Brilliant, vibrant place with great staff. Lots of things to do for kids, such as a nice boulderwall and play area. Modern, comfortable rooms and great sauna area with stunning view over the mountains.

Clean and beautifully situated. It is a skiing hotel so, of course, it’s a windy drive up into the mountains. Good food, great facilities, friendly staff and an excellent bartender (she even went out into the garden to get fresh mint for our drinks). Not being a skier, I wasn’t prepared for mass catering and the cafeteria-like atmosphere of the restaurant. However, the quality of the food was good.
