The room is large and spacious, bigger than the other hotels. Friendly and kind staff. Good value for money and stopping between the bigger cities. Big free parking. Although it is located outside the city, at night you can hear noise from outside. The breakfast was excellent, but we missed some salad, like tomatoes or similar.

The hotel is very clean, specially the toillets, with first class towels. Location is perfect for those who wants to visit many cities in tuscany, as it is located within main roads, easilly accessible. The parking lot is plenty of slots for small or bug cars. In the vicinity several small towns with good restaurants. The breakfast served as early as 6:30 in the morning helps to start touring trips early as well. The pilows could be more modern, thicker and softer.

Very nice staff, very comfortable beds, the location is peaceful. The room was clean and quite big compared to other hotels. Our shower didn't have one of the doors

The staff was receptive and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom is spacious. The hotel is in an area with many vineyards, but unfortunately it rained so we could not enjoy it. We had a car so there was no issue getting to the hotel, but it seemed difficult to reach it with public transportation. And the only restaurant nearby was expensive.

Tasty breakfast. We stayed here 2 weeks laster and for a 30% increase in the price for the room, we got a less spacious room.

It was the 3rd time we stayed here and if it weren't for the very small room, everything would have been fine. The previous 2 times we got a spacious enough room. We had an overnight stay one week prior, and we paid less. This time we paid 25% more and got a less spacious and crowded room.

Lovely staff, great location to explore toscany by car, great breakfast cakes, very comfortable rooms (and clean). I'd prefer some fresh vegetable/fruit options for the breakfast.
