Hotel top

A lovely hotel with a spacious room and 2 balconies! Friendly staff at reception and housekeeping were great.
-
For that price excellent value and location. Staff friendly. Rooms and bathroom in very Italian style, even their best was in cca. 90s. Location great - round the corner from both therme - Redi for bathing or tettuccio for visit and drinking cure. Hotel is "slightly used" but is having nice atmosphere. Great for people on budget who are not expecting the latest design and very modern stuff.

The hotel rooms need renovation.

Passable

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The hotel itself is crap The hotel is completely worn out. The beds were so bad you just fall through it. I was then separated from my family in another room. In neither of the rooms did the airco work. It made a terrible sound. There was mold in both bathrooms. I showed everything on camera and the hotel promised to fully refund me (confirmed on email) but never did. Booking.com fails to help me as the hotel is denying this, despite their email. Clearly a hotel not to go to.

The hotel is not like in the photos at all. It’s very old, no air conditioner works well no refrigerator. Nothing was good. I and my family left the hotel after one hour. I would like booking to make a full refund for my credit card. It was terrible!!!! Thank you

We liked everything, beds were good, pool was great, room was with perfect temperature and we slept very well. Only breakfast was a little poor, we missed fruits and vegetables.
-
Size of room .. swimming pool The food was very bad and kitchen un prepared despite small quantity of diners …
-
Breakfast acceptable. room was so old. location was a bit busy and without free parking. payment for parking
-
The pool, big bed, AC worked well, the bathroom was big. Jacuzzi advertised but it was not working. Breakfast has more sweet than savory food.

location This was the worst and much disappointing experience in my, more than 35 years of travel! The hotel staff demonstrated the most disgraceful and disrespectful attitude towards me, absolute absence of good faith and client orientation. I had booked a Deluxe Single Room that was supposed to be 16m2 with a balcony. I was accompanied by my child and accepted to pay extra 10 euros for her to stay with me. In the afternoon I was told that as the hotel does not have a free room corresponding to my booking I will be offered a better i.e. double room! The room was not ready as yet. Upon my arrival late evening 23:45 I was offered a smaller room without balcony, the towels, etc were for one guest only. When asking for a room corresponding to my booking I was offered an extremely rude answer: “we can not satisfy your expectations, we have no other room available, you can sort it out with Bookings.com”. The difference in price of the two categories of the rooms , on the hotel’s website, is about 20 euros per day. Consequently I was forced to pay 40 euros more for a lower category room, that is outrageously unacceptable for any guests, no mentioning the Genius clients.
