Hosts were very friendly and helpful! They ordered us a taxi when we needed one and recommended places to eat nearby. Lovely breakfast provided. We had a power cut which wasn’t anyone’s fault but it meant we were without electricity and water for a few hours in the evening with no torches or bottles of water offered to guests. I appreciate the hosts were doing what they could to get it back up and running quickly!

The hotel is spotless and the owners are friendly and make the best suggestions on where to go, things to do, places to eat, etc. The hotel is in the center of the entire region and made the perfect place to see everything in day trips. I would highly recommend to anyone! Nothing

The owner and his son are very kind and helpful, making my five-day stay quite enjoyable. The hotel is close to the train station with only a 10-minute walk, so you can explore the surrounding towns very easily, such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, etc. I really like the rich breakfast, especially when the owner asked me every morning if I would like to have a cup of cappuccino for my breakfast. Grazie! Nothing.

Perfect location for easy access to the train station and all the sights. With the help of the hotel clerk I was able to walk around town, see the sights in a beautiful afternoon, take the funicular up to Montecatini Alto for the view, dinner and sunset - Amazing day trip from Florence to Bologna! If you have a chance try www.simonagalabaronti.com shop and restaurant in Montecatini Alto, amazing food and style! Everything was perfect, Staff friendly, informative and accommodating. Wouldn't have minded a bit better bed and Air at night.

This is a family run hotel, and we found them very friendly and helpful on our 6 night stay. The location was very good, very near the railway station so we could do our visits to Florence, Pisa and Lucca and it was great that we could park our motorbike safely in their back yard. We would recommend this hotel . Nothing to dislike about the hotel, but montecatini could do with a tidy up in places.
