staff was friendly airport was close beach as close clean and nice food wasnt restocked at buffet no alcohol before 11am food was same ever day no elvators

Some of the staff were indeed great. Especially the life guards and the ones in the Dining area, Donna was really great and professional. The food is not good, myself and my husband had to throw out the pork and we really wanted to eat some good pork. We had to ask for the food to be warm up. There weren't enough choices for breakfast, especially no fry dumplings . I was not impressed at all because I was working in the food industry for 20 years, and I know what good food should taste like. I had my expectations really high because I was there 2 other vacations before and we wanted to spend our wedding anniversary there. I am truly disappointed. I pray that if I should come back whenever that is, I hope it will be better, and you'll get it right. Especially the food. Somebody needs to taste it before it comes out to be served ? ? . Thank you .

For a small Hotel I thought the entertainment could have been more extensive and interactive. Food delly should offer more variety, and the food is never ready on opening hours. I would think that preping should be done prior to opening hours so that guests can actually partake in something as soon as the delly is open. I think the hotel should be more dilberate in formulating a entertainment team. Promote planned activities offer prizes and get the guest to be interactive.

Breakfast is the meal that has more variety. The rest of the day there is not much food! You ask for pizza, we “ran “ out. You ask for a hotdog: we don’t have any right now. You want to go to a restaurant: we are all booked, you need reservations! You ask food to go from your left over food. We don’t allow to go food! WiFi didn’t work! Loud music from the street until3 am No kids friendly meals. “Tours” are a rip off No good housekeeping No blankets, just one sheet Not truly all inclusive!

Food was authentic, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. It is better to get to the buffet early. The Italian restaurant that is included in the all-inclusive was absolutely wonderful 5 course meal. It was not very packed, so there was enough room for everyone. The rooms could use more outlets.

There was no mirror in the room

Location, private beach area Day1 arrived 6 hrs prior to check in and was given access to property but main pool was closed and being treated,snack bar in pool area meat pies not ready with the time being after 1:00 pm no tuna wraps for the 1st 2/3 days of stay, No phone in room had to request several times, still didn’t work properly after IT installed had to disconnect to silence the beeping and flashing, No blankets on bed air conditioning extremely cold had to request blanket by visiting front desk,Day 2 approach beach @ 10:30 am and No towels available until approx 12:45pm,No room service,No ice machine had to get ice from pool bar overall lots of inconveniences

The food was great

The location, cleanliness The staff was rude if your skin was white. We head things like get these white people out of hear, and I seen them escorted people to there table and then it came to us and I was told that there was a table around the corner, and the rudeness for the difference of the color of your skin was unreal.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't access the safe as there was no key for it... and we could of really used the safe ... I also didn't appreciate the fact that 4 occupants were in the room and they only left 2 towels... that wasn't very nice in addition the hot side of the pipe only worked for the first day... then the water was cold right through until we were leaving

Beach is nice and quiet...nice family atmposphere Some minor issues with new staff at front desk. More attention to details needed

Locs from airport The staff and the difference in rooms. Your buffet was messy. Children were all over the place and making a mess.

Everything Absolutely nothing

I enjoyed the food, the beach was breathtakingly beautiful and the entertainment was great. Didn't like the fact that there wasn't any drink in the the room I was staying only water.

Breakfast was okay. Location was great for me. But I should’ve gotten a less expensive hotel and bought my food. It would’ve save me a lot of money. It wasn’t worth it. This hotel is ancient and doesn’t have an elevator. The refrigerator in the room is old and rusting. There’s a light switch on the wall but there’s no light fixtures. Only two beside lamps. In the bathroom behind the pedestal face basin seems as if work was being done but it’s incomplete. Luckily I was only there for a night.
