The food from the resort exceeded my expectations. The beach was super close and convenient. Water pressure was a little low in the rooms but I wasn't complaining.

Food at restaurant, location, pool and hot tub One of 2 bars not open during regular hours, café not open on time as advertised, not enough towels, gym closed, limited menu at grill, did not give beach entry pass one time which caused back and forth trips, did not acknowledge birthday as requested and confirmed, staff members not friendly

Location The stairs no elevator and security. Someone knocked on my door 1115 pm one night claiming to be from management and the room would be available. But at 1130 if you’re management wouldn’t you know

El personal es muy amable, siempre abiertos a resolver tus dudas. La ubicación es excelente, justo en frente de Doctor’s Cave. Las cocinas estaban un poco sucias, la manipulación de alimentos fue un poco mala.

Food was aight... this waiting in line gives slavery vibe...hated that... Fix that... The parking situation is horrible....fix that..... One of your staff member...a fella from the front desk walked by the area where y'all had ppl waiting to be sitted to eat, walked by saying very loudly to us waiting there... Yall look Hungry, like what the hell... Why??

Not having Beach towels for our stay. Room's were very late and all through the stay rooms were clean very late.

The food was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend. Entertainment could've be a little bit more, but I can understand since they are on the hip strip.
