The rooms seem a little outdated but everything was amazing
-
The location was perfect. The bedrooms are nice but the beds are small. I am very tall and my legs hangs over the bed. No available reservation to the restaurant.

The staff are so nice Nothing

Location and the view My room was outdated, stains and rust on the walls and floor.
-
Great customer service and able to excess the other RIU properties.

The staff are absolutely amazing, everyone is very friendly and super attentive. The pool, the bars, restaurants and beach were all very nice and close so you could easily get everywhere. Also the entertainment team were very social and got people having fun but then would also leave people alone, it was an enjoyable vibe. The hotel is definitely a bit dated from the decor and rooms. Also the first room we were assigned had a pretty strong musty smell and we had to change rooms. Also most of the food was good but sometimes was inconsistent like a lot of the desserts weren't very good and some things were dry, but loved the variety and Jamaican food. Also the app can be a bit of a pain to use and isn't very easy to navigate. Most things also default to Spanish which was fine because I speak Spanish but I know it annoyed others.

Samething every day Better food choice, better location,

Location was great! Riu Palace was top tier. Restaurant reservations were hard to get into. The coconut attendants work schedule made it hard to get them.
-
It was clean and some of the staff were friendly. The front desk personnel. They weren’t helpful with the booking issue that I had at all and did nothing to help or accommodate me.
-
The main pool, the bar staff and entertainment staff were great. Everything else, room wasn’t clean, the bathtub was moldy, the staff would ask/wait for tips after being rude.
-
The location is amazing. Property is clean (ish). Love the pool area right off the ocean. Such beautiful views. Food was excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful Property is out dated wasn’t really a 4 star hotel and there was a roach in my room. I didn’t complain cause I only seen the one but for as much as I paid I expected to see 0 lol

They don’t offer tequila for the room bar.

The charge for linen that I had makeup on

Dated and the rooms were not very clean.

The room was beautiful. The tub was big and relaxing. The food in buffet was good and alot to pick from. 1. The staff is rude and not helpful. They are quick to refer you to the app vs helping. 2. You have to make reservations to eat in the restaurants and were booked everyday we were there but one day. If its part of the resort it shouldn't be by reservations and more of a first come first serve. 3. Bottles in room tasted like they had been there years and not fresh.

was a nice size the smell was awful room smelled of mold food was horrible wasn’t tasteful no flavor drinks were watery no real liquor staff was rude and very money hungry
-
WOW WHERE SHOULD I START?? WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE RIU PALACE JAMAICA. THE ROOM , THE STAFF,THE FOOD,THE SERVICES,AND ALL OF THE OTHER GUESTS WERE WONDERFUL. CANT WAIT TO RETURN!! THERE WAS NOTHING THAT I DISLIKED,EXCEPT THE FACT THAT WE HAD TO LEAVE EVENTUALLY

second floor was noisy

The excursions staff and the ppl in charge of transportation at the resort was always asking for money And we should've been having a free shuttle from resort to airport. Also I went to checkout and they tried tell me that I left dark stains on towels and they said it's hair dye...mind you I'm bald headed..try charging me a extra $250...I went off on them ppl so bad they go say we apologize sir it must be confusion somewhere... your good to go.
