S Hotel Montego Bay - Luxury Boutique All Inclusive Hotel

This lovely property is right on a fabulous beach and, also, very close to the airport. There is beautiful artwork throughout by Jamaicans, making you feel very close to the cultural spirit of this country during your stay. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. And on every evening, we were entertained by delightful entertainers. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from my experience at the S Hotel.

Nothing, the worst hotel where I’ve been. Staff totally unkind, they only treat good local people All, I wish I would have gone to a different place

Room smelled of mildew. Breakfast options for vegan was minimal. Beach was gorgeous. Room smell was awful. Waited hours to be checked in.

2 of the 3 restaurants were not good. The buffet was great and so was the Jamaican restaurant. It rained a lot and there wasn’t much to do at all when it rained.

.Very clean facility with upscale vibe. Beautiful clean small beach and beautiful water. Service and food all in one place Some staff weren’t as friendly as I thought they’d be. Some did not acknowledge you as you walked by or waiting for a table at the restaurant. Limited bathing towels in room.

I had an amazing stay at S Hotel Montego Bay. The room was beautiful and the bed had a very comfortable firm mattress, which made sleeping great throughout the stay. The buffet restaurant was excellent, serving amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day with a fantastic variety of dishes. The easy beach access and the wonderful beach staff made me spend most of my time there enjoying the atmosphere. Overall, the staff, food, and entertainment were absolutely outstanding — truly a 10/10 experience. One small suggestion would be to add a note indicating that the delicious oats porridge is vegan, as this would make it much easier for dairy-free guests to identify.

I loved the room I stayed in—the ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were some of the kindest and warmest people I’ve ever met; it truly felt like staying with family. The food was consistently amazing, with plenty of variety every day. Next time I’m in Montego Bay, I’ll definitely be back!

The property was well maintained and set-up I. A way that you got to know the staff and other guest (if you wanted) without feeling cramped.

Very good entertain

What I really loved about the hotel was the overall vibe, it just felt stylish and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The decor is beautiful, especially around the reception area, bars, and restaurants. Everything feels thoughtfully designed without being over the top. But honestly, what stood out the most was the staff. They’re genuinely friendly, not in a forced way, and they actually take the time to chat with you, which made the whole stay feel more personal. Breakfast was a highlight for me, I really looked forward to it every morning. The buffet had loads of options, everything was fresh, and it set a great tone for the day. I also ended up having lunch there a couple of times, which was just as good. One thing I loved was the all-day café, especially the juice bar, it was such a nice touch and perfect for something light or refreshing in between. The beach area was also really nice, clean, relaxing and a great spot to just switch off for a few hours. It never felt too crowded which made it even better. As for the room, it was nice and comfortable, but if I’m being honest, for around £380 a night I was expecting a bit more. I’ve definitely stayed in more impressive rooms for that price. That said, you kind of make up for it in other ways. The food and drink offering is really strong - everything is high quality and all the alcohol served is premium brands, which you don’t always get with all-inclusive places. The restaurants I tried were all really good too, so overall it feels like there’s a bit of a trade off, but one that works depending on what you value more.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel. The hotel was very elegant. The staff was amazing. The food was delicious. Our room had a little bit of a smell in the closet.Where the safe was.
