This B&B is unique in its design and offers an amazing view from the terrace and garden. Although the bedrooms are small, the guests have access to the spacious living room at all times. The owner Emy made us feel very welcome and provided a tasty breakfast.

This B&B is a gem hidden away in the forest on a rocky cliff above the sea. It is very quiet and peaceful there. There is no AC in the downstairs Red or Green rooms, but the one in the Blue Room upstairs is very good and kept that room very cool even in the worst heat. The downstairs rooms are designed to cool quickly in the evening with the breeze flowing in through mosquito netted patio doors. Also, the Red Room downstairs has a lovely patio, a big fan, and lots of storage space. The hikes around are great, but obviously quite hot work in the summer. The pine forests around swallow up the breeze that can only be felt in clearings right up against the sea, and the cicadas are buzzing loudly all day, making for a sleepy soundtrack calling for siesta more that trekking. The Italian trekking paths are clearly marked and easy to follow, if you are in the mood or visiting during hiking season. The area is full of places to visit by car, we had lovely excursions all around on land and by sea. I didn't really mind any of these negatives, just putting them down as notes on what to expect. During the hot summer months, expect to go anywhere by your own car or other vehicle, as even the closest places are a 20 min walk at least, leaving you quite hot and sweaty. The roads are small, steep and bendy, parking can be hard to find. We couldn't go down to the beach down the cliff passage, as it was marked as a rock slide risk by the authorities and the track was marked as closed.

The only good thing about this place is its location and interesting architecture, but only if you take the upper room with a balcony. The hosts don’t really care if you have a good time or not. They had constructions going on while we were there (something they could have had done outside the season), so it was loud and noisy and not comfortable!! They only told us this upon arrival and didn’t even think to offer a lower price or AT LEAST offer free breakfast (which is totally overpriced - 10 euro per person and day - for what you get which is bread and cake, no fruits, bad coffee, don’t do it!!).

Beautiful views and a calm quiet location—we liked it so much that we’re returning for another stay there in a few weeks.

we really like the location of the house, the forest and nature around are beautiful.

The host was extremely nice and welcoming and the breakfast was amazing! The place is very quiet with a large garden and a marvelous view. The house itself is very fancy and architecturally very appealing.
