The villa and surroundings are spectacular. Very comfortable accommodations, excellent pool, stunning views. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful making us feel at home. We have a couple of recommendations, but really it's hard to improve on the accommodation. Although we enjoyed the pool table, the view out the windows where this is lodged is one of the best from the villa, and since we had mixed weather, we would have enjoyed hanging out in the billiards room and looking at the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We recognize that it would be difficult to find another spot for the pool table :) Also, the recycling system for the villa and community was a little tricky to figure out.

This was an unforgettable stay--we didn't want to leave. Kathy, the property manager, was a delight and super responsive. The rooms are mirror image--so you have two kings en suite, two queen rooms, and two twin rooms. Queens and twin rooms share a bathroom each, but there are two additional full baths downstairs (so plenty of toilets for a large group)! Because the views are fabulous in every direction, everyone wins in terms of views out their windows (even the bathrooms). Kitchen is full size and there are plenty of places to eat as a family--and the grocery store in Montepulciano is fab. We ate in nearly every evening in order to fully capitalize on the beauty of this property. One thing to note: If you want pizza out of the pizza oven, you must organize a pro to come and prep them for you (insurance liability). Talk to Kathy in advance if you want a pizza night! Also, there were basic supplies like spices and coffee and plenty of TP--rare for rentals, in our experience. Stay here and thank me later.
