Location was great, staff was friendly and professional, room was great very roomy and clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperature. Breakfast was the best part! The variety of hot foods and several other options was perfect! The internet was very slow and we could not connect to the TV. It was ok though, we weren't too worried about it.

It was exactly what we paid for, with breakfast included, the room was pretty big, comfy bed, clean bathroom, and included free parking, something not to easy to find in Monterey. Staff was very nice, and were very clear on everything. We paid for a 3 star hotel, and we got that, or something better

The ataff was quite helpful and the location is good The building has almost no soundproofing, you can clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, and it carries both ways. Luckily, guests here weren't loud after 11pm, so it wasn't a dealbreaker for me, but if you're sensitive to noise, be aware that the walls offer little to no sound insulation.

Basic facilities, everything you needed was there The pool shows the power of a wide angle lens. TINY! I've seen bigger hot tubs. The breakfast was shocking ..we walked in, walked out...and had breakfast outside
