The pool was closed and the tv did not work. The staff was helpful and the property was nice.

The location was good and we were able to walk to the fairgrounds from the hotel. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker worked great. The room was really stuffy and hot and there is no air conditioner, but there is a ceiling fan. The condition of the room was pretty shabby, baseboards were grungy looking and the floor was pretty dirty. The water pressure was really bad, but the water was hot. Decent budget hotel.

Property was alright. Beds could be better, as they were too hard for me. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom, which I did not like at all.

This was our first time staying here. It unfortunately was during the car show weekend so the room rates were unusually pricey ($620 per night). Much too much for the condition of the room. There was NO air conditioning, bathroom granite counter had a large crack filled in. The bed was uncomfortable and desparately needs updating. The good aspects was it had a fridge and microwave oven. The in service coffee was horrible. If you're unable to manage a flight upstairs, be sure to get a room on the ground floor as there is NO elevator. Most of the motels in this area are basically in the same condition as ours. I won't be staying here again.

Good location in Monterey. Close to Carmel also. Great facilities with ice dispenser and laundry service ($4). Spacious room. Rooms look a bit tired, could do with a refresh. You can hear a lot of outside noise in the room (we had ground floor). It is close to the airport with planes taking off from 5am. Overall we enjoyed our stay with Monterey car week being on.

I made reservations 1 year ago for the Monterey Car Week. The cost was $2,000 for four nights. When we arrived they had run out of rooms. We had to try and find another hotel last minute and couldn’t find another hotel less than $3,000 for 4 nights. The staff was unapologetic for the situation and was no help in relocating us to another hotel.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful.I also liked that the hotel was located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the planes fly very low,so the noise was especially noticeable at night.The hotel is old and needs some remodeling.The closest doors were broken, and there was no hair dryer in the room.

Clean room and surroundings. Air conditioning not working. But overall I can stay again in your hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. Reserved the 2 Queen suite. Appreciated could open and lock window.
