The staff members were very helpful, most of them couldn’t speak English but those that did went an extra mile to ensure that you get helped fully. The rooms were very small especially for the amount of money spent. The workmanship in the rooms are sub-standard. My toilet was leaking water whenever I flushed it.

Gorgeous room with incredible views. Very comfortable. Shower and bath tub were amazing. All the little details like bathrobes, slippers, cookies, and mezcal on our floor. Staff were very helpful. Loved it all. The spa was not working. We had planned to do a morning in the spa so that was a bummer. The lighting in the restaurant is very bright. We asked if it could be dimmed a little but it could not so it wasn't very romantic.
