My only complaint is that there were no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms, especially since it says its included on the website when you book. But really it wasn't too much of a big deal, we made it work.

The property is fine but the surroundings are awful. The surroundings and the fact that at night, there a tons of noises, alarms, etc that don’t allow you to sleep

We booked this room to go to Tecate Pal Norte, upon arrival the room smelt like sewage, which was coming from the bathroom so we left the extraction fan on and left to go to the festival. Upon our return we found out the extraction fan did not work and when we complained we were told to spray perfume. The next morning we complained again and received a spray bottle with some liquid which did nothing to help the situation. Unfortunately for us there was no other accomodation available anywhere due to the festival. To make things worse we found multiple cockroaches coming from the drains and holes in the walls, at this point we left and found other accomodation. I wish I took more photos to show how bad this place actually is. Avoid this place.

It was spacious and in the city center. There's a lot of shops and activity going on around the hotel. They offered free waters :) The gym was very dark; needs more sunlight.

The hotel is bright and spacious and the breakfast is good. Though the hotel itself is relatively brilliant, the surrounding environment is dirty and inconvenient. The first night we were almost sleepless because of the loud air conditioning; but the manager changed the room for us for the rest of two nights where the air conditioning was much better, however, the floor was super dusty that turned our feet blackened.

The public area is grandiose and pleasant. There are microwave and fridge in the room and the room is spacious. The neighborhood is unwalkable and streets are dirty. The air conditioning is too loud to keep us awake, however, the manager changed the room for us the next day there the air conditioning was much quieter. Anyhow, the floor was super dusty so that we had to wear our shoes anytime.

Nothing I made my reservation, I uploaded my card as reservation guaranty, I marked my arrival time, confirmed my reservation, I was supposed to travel all night and was coming to Monterrey in the morning, so I reserved with the day before included, so I could come in the morning and not have to wait the 15:00 check-in hour, even if I had to pay the whole earlier day, so I could just have breakfast and go to sleep, I got the confirmation from the hotel. I got to Monterrey at 5AM, it was very cold, rainy, I was very tired from the night flight and the ride to the hotel was very long because of the awful weather, I finally got to the hotel, hoping to check-in, have breakfast, get a hot shower and sleep a bit before my work meetings, the receptionist was sitting there, speaking with her colleague while I stood there and waited, when she finally got to me, I gave her my document, showed her my reservation and she told me that they gave up my room to someone else, that since I didn’t showed up, they gave it up, even tough I specifically marked my arrival hour, gave my card guaranty and got the confirmation from them, I told the lady that my reservation was confirmed, I showed her in the app and she told me that they already gave up my room, I was SO TIRED, I told her very calmly that maybe she could give me any room, just any other room, at the same time a mini-van full of people came into the lobby and she stood up to greet them, I kept asking her if she could help me(she was alone in the reception), she started getting annoyed, she told me the WHOLE building was fully occupied, no rooms available and then told me to leave because she had to check in all the people from the minivan, she was so rude but I was so tired, I just left.
