Nothing When I arrived at night the recepción did not had my reservation and told me to come later after 10:30 pm . I told them that I made my reservation early during the day and showed the lady at reception my booking reservation . She was very rude !

The area is good to reach busses and many other interest places Old but clean facilities Upon arrival, we had to wait one hour for them to get the room ready at check-in time The bed was awfully hard The bathroom for starters, doesn't provide the tiny shampoo and conditioner, but that's OK I guess, there's a couple convenience stores nearby The real problem was that the shower almost didn't had "hot" (more like lukewarm) water pressure, so a couple days I had to shower with cold water in a cold day The breakfast included is just an egg and a spoonful of beans, which isn't so bad, but served with the worse attitude imaginable by the rude waitress And overall the staff, with the exception of the maintenance guys who were actually nice, was unpleasant Not coming back ever

The location was nice and the entrance of the hotel was nice. The parking was safe and gated. The staff was extremely rude with bad attitudes. The rooms did not look like advertising. Breakfast included was not worth the price and the bathrooms were not accommodating.

Absolutely nothing. Rooms where dirty, bathrooms had bugs floors dirty with urine. The beds had hair and bugs in. The room cancelled in time was charged. The breakfast was terrible. DONT BOOK HERE!

We loved the atmosphere. Good service eventhough the language was a barrier for us. Maybe have info in a pamflet so that one could use Google translate. Otherwise we were happy.

Paid $300 for a room upon check in. on the last day they came to me and ripped off another 500 pesos, because they did not calculate correctly and in general they have a different exchange rate for the peso to the dollar. Terrible, I would not recommend this place to anyone

Nothing The breakfast is only coffee.the internet sometimes is good sometimes is bad.no elevator.the room need fast renovacion.the pressure from shower in bathroom is very low like nothing.the cooker burned my toast twice and he never give me my money back or make me other toast.the knock you your door every day at 9 o clock and they asking you what time you will leave.
