The floor was dirty and sticky. The hot water would not work only at times. We found a roach in the halway then later in the room. It was 3 of us and they only gave us 2 towels. When we asked for more they said they only give 2 towels per room. The beds are hard and not comfortable. We intially had the room for 4 nights but left after the second night and they said because we booked through booking.com we were not allowed for cancelling or for a partial refund. The 1st night some of the things looked ok and the second day is when everything started ro change on us. Our second night is when we had no hot water and when i tried to call the receptionist the phine was also not working. Breakfast is just plain continental breakfast and doesnt look pleasing at all. We left but before we did we had to spot check our suitcases and bags to make sure we didnt have roaches in our things.
