The AC The staff. Some have good intentions. But they seem like leadership do not have their backs. Kitchener staff is unprofessional.

The breakfast was really good. Plenty of parking space. The staff were very friendly.

The bedsheet and blanket have yellow stains. When I opened the door and entered the bathroom, I found that the towels had not been replaced. There is also no hair dryer in the room.

I went to a wedding and the venue was right next to the hotel, so for me that was very convenient. The room was fine, it was clean and it had all the basics. Service was slow a the time of the check-in and ir was really clear that the bathrooms needed maintenance, also I think that bed linen was old and needed a change.
