Breakfast was great. Dinner was not good. Location was hotel zone. There was plenty of security, so safety was not an issue. Easy access for uber. Dinner options were not good. Café prices were a little too high for the quality.

The staff was great. Shoutout to JAVIER!! he was very nice and accommodating. Everything was great

The hotel was modern and clean. Had a good stay during the World Cup for couple of nights.

Cleanliness Not having access to different floors due to a family event and having to wait for staff to give elevator access…

Friendly staff -We reserved corner room (719) with mountain view but we could not open the curtains and enjoy the view because the room would become unbearably warm. -A/C was set at 18.5 centigrades but the room temp would not get below 25 degrees. -Kitchen fumes permeated througout the 1st and 2nd floor and our clothes smelled very strongly all day after having breakfast.

David at the front desk was exceptional. He spoke fluent English, was professional, and was always willing to help. He was easily the highlight of our experience and deserves recognition for his excellent service. We stayed at this hotel for four nights during the World Cup week and paid approximately USD 1,500 per night. While I understand that prices increase significantly during major events and that it was ultimately my decision to book at that rate, it was disappointing to see room rates drop to roughly one-third of what we paid shortly afterward. It would have been appreciated if the hotel had offered some form of partial adjustment. The room itself was a standard King room located on a corner, which was supposedly one of the better room categories available. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The room remained uncomfortably cold throughout our stay, and adjusting the temperature settings had no effect. We also used the hotel’s laundry service, but our clothes were returned only partially dried, forcing us to finish drying them ourselves in the room. Another issue was the strong odor in the hotel restaurant. After breakfast, the smell lingered on both my clothes and hair, which was quite unpleasant. Related to the restaurant, we did enjoy the ribeye, but the New York strip did not taste like beef at all. It was so unusual that we had to confirm whether the meat was pork. Communication could also be challenging at times, as only a few staff members spoke English. This occasionally made it difficult to resolve issues or ask questions.
