It felt like one of those pay-by-the-hour motels. From the moment I got in, I felt unwelcome. The rooms were very small and crammed. No place to hang cloth. For the AC to work, you needed to get a staff member to come in and set it up, but they did not want to hand out the control. So, to set it to my liking (sort of), I had to go in and ask the staff to come to the room several times, very uncomfortable. The rooms were set up inside a building that looked like a warehouse, and the parking was inside and in the middle, surrounded by the rooms. Needless to say, the noise from the street and the parking lot was felt in the room. The room I stayed in (and I assume the other rooms as well, since they were inside a warehouse-type building) did not have any windows or ventilation, so the street smells and the cleaning product smell lingered in the room. I could not sleep all night because of the noise and smell. In the morning, I had a headache and an irritated throat. In the morning, I went to cancel the rest of my stay there.

The rooms are okay I didn’t like the fact that they don’t let you have people in your room unless that person checked in with you other wise they charged you 200 pesos to have any guest come to your room, also they close the dooors with a lock so makes it hard to get out the property or come back in the ladys that work there are all rude have no manners and they are super nosy and get mad if u ask for anything they don’t let you know anything about this rules when u check in & the claim to have tv ac etc etc but they charge 200 pesos to give u the remote for the tv so that really annoying

Friendly staff made everything convenient for me ...they let me check in early, something that most places should look into offering I have no complaints, got what I paid for. Not a luxurious place just something that gets the job done when you need a place to crash

Absolutely NOTHING !!!! Period... The woman in charge was rude.. She insisted I didn't have a booking even though I showed her a paid confirmation on my phone. Over and over she told me no reservation.. I wasn't getting anywhere with her and was uncomfortable enough with the whole situation and decided I would just leave and let my credit card company deal with her.. When I got in my car to leave after telling her I would get in touch with my credit card company she had a change of heart. Desperate and tired I decided to stay even though the location was terrifying. Dirty, people all over the streets in a lower class neighborhood.. She didn't give me any paperwork to sign, or a receipt. The only good thing was the car was parked inside the building and not on the street. I noticed young girls knocking on random doors which were questionable and sketchy.. My room was stinky, dirty and dingy. . The sheets and towels were covered with yellow stains. I was absolutely horrified. This place reminded me of the sleezy motels that rent by the hour to streetwalkers. .I was so horrified at the conditions and the musty smell, I slept in my car with the doors locked . I was startled out of my sleep around 5 AM. A crash so loud like someone crashed into a parked car outside on the street.. At that point I decided I had enough rest, (if you can call it that) turned my key in and asked the rude lady to open the gate so I could escape
