Great stay and really nice breakfast

The kickback and breakfast are always phenomenal…room smelled like cigarette smoke unfortunately but other than that it was ok…surrounding area leaves a little to be desired :(

I arrived just before midnight and waited to check in. The staff went to pull up my reservation and called over what appeared to be a manager. Very quickly, unapologetically she handed me a paper and said Expedia overbooked them and there were no rooms available.she said nothing she can do so I had to call Expedia. Im in an unfamiliar city after driving 9 hours, with a toddler who has been getting car sick, and then an unapologetic, so a dismissive staff member really topped the cake. Now, I know it may not be their fault this happened, although one would think there is a way to close inventory because other hotels do say sold out, but if they saw my reservation come through and didn't have rooms they could have called me right away so I could have made alternate plans before midnight on a Friday. That’s the first place I think they fell short, second being the sentiment and lack of empathy.

I recently stayed at the Drury Inn and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and evening snacks, which were a fantastic bonus. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free visit, and I would definitely recommend the Drury Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay for the night. The check in was very friendly and fast. I liked how clean and secure the hotel was. It made me feel very safe especially being a female staying alone. I did order from the kitchen that night and when I went down to the bar to get it there were people complaining about the service and when someone finally came out everyone was ignored and the man with my pizza was not friendly either. Other than that, I really loved the establishment and would definitely stay at this location in the future.

The room was clean and we were pleased with the property and the availability of the on-site bar and grill. Had a good night’s sleep here and the staff were all very friendly. We’ll stay here again if we return to Paducah, but won’t bother with the breakfast buffet.

This was a pleasant surprise. I haven’t stayed in a Drury for years. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast delicious. We will stay here again.

Breakfast was good, wish they had bacon, but we survived with the sausage. Clean, so friendly and kind. Will recommend to others traveling through the area to stay at this Drury Inn for sure!

Appreciated the evening happy hour with a full dinner set up for our family of four! Enjoyed the heated jacuzzi pool in addition to the large swimming pool. Very clean facilities. Quiet. Everything was good.
