The mattress was very uncomfortable for both of us. Deck check in was very lacking. No bottled water was offered but noticed the person before us was. We needed a handicapped shower and were given a handicapped accessable tub. Therefore, we could not take a shower as we could not get in it. Tried to explain to the desk and get proper room and were refused. The hotel was fully booked and very nosey the entire stay. We probably will not go back here even though we have stayed many times. Breakfast help was wonderful and very nice.

The location is very convenient to many restaurant and shopping. The property is well maintained and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is not very easy to get to from the Interstate but we like Hampton so did not want to settle for cheaper hotels on the West side. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I would like to see improved is the area under the bathroom sink needs cleaned. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Our first impression of the hotel was not a good one unfortunately. When we arrived there were about 8 to 10 smokers standing around the front entrance under the awning near the front door and you had to walk through it to get inside. It appeared there was a designated smoking area just across the parking lot where one person was smoking but apparently no one followed her lead and no one said anything about it. Our next not great impression was it breakfast the next morning. At the coffee station we noticed someone had thrown their personal trash in the garbage which caused the garbage to then be overfilled. I approached the front desk and was told they would take care of it but nothing was done. Apparently they were the night shift and we're waiting for the shift change to take place. After that took place I reapproached the desk and let them know about the garbage situation and I was told they were waiting for the dining staff to come in to take care of it.
