There was nothing particularly outstanding at this property though there was no expectation of that. The room had not been cleaned well, there was toothpaste stuck on the sink from the previous rental which sort of made the concern in general about the cleanliness of the room

location the room had mildew smell . The room vibrated all night from I'm assuming the AC. the electronic plugs by bed didn't work. Asked for another and was told they were sold out.

I booked on our way to a trip so I paid for it through Hotels.com. Once I got to the hotel, 20-30 minutes later, the room type I booked was not available. The hotel staff charged me for a different room. Double charging me. It’s been one week and I still haven’t been contacted as promised for a refund.
