Quality Inn Montgomery South

It was ok. Check in and out was easy, it was a place to rest, but it had an unpleasant smell.

Hallways smelled like smoke. Breakfast is horrible mainly a waffle and some sides. Beware !!!!!

Everything was good except the breakfast. They didn’t keep the waffle batter filled but other than that everything was fine. Staff was good, room was nice and clean.

We had a room with two queen beds. The mattress on one of them was broken and sagged badly to the middle. We had a hard time getting the toilet to flush fully and the bathroom room door would hit the shower curtain rod making it hard to open and close. Also there are not a lot of choices for places to eat nearby.

This is a very basic hotel. Ok for one night. The building appears to be very old, but the paint looked ok and it was clean. The A/C was noisy and the tub faucet was loose. Also there are very few places to eat nearby.

The room was adequate. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had. I got there at 7, 30 minutes after opening and there were just a few people there. There was no hot water for oatmeal, no milk for cereal, a tiny bit of waffle batter - I was able to make half a waffle. There were no spoons. No bead or fresh pastry, just wrapped danish. As I said, I got there early and there was still nothing to eat. SHAME ON YOU!

I was unable to stay because we had our pet and it was not allowed even though it said allowed on-line. I was told by the staff that I would get reimbursed. That our pet wasn't allowed. We had to leave to another hotel nearby that did allow our pet.

When i entered the room it had a smell. The sofa was dirty. I dodd not stay. I left the same day

Decent breakfast in the morning, rooms were pretty spacious, but had a mild musty smell upon entering. Beds were ok. The toilet kept running every 10 minutes, but we got used to it.

Clean and nice people at the desk. Had a good room. Wasn't much for a breakfast.

The shower in the handicap bathroom was fantastic.

I usually do not care for hotels/motels with exterior entrances but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It was very clean, bed was very comfortable, the lake view was an added bonus. Breakfast was good and I loved the shower. I will stay here again. Weekday rates were good but we had to go with another location for the two nights prior to this because the weekend rates are much higher.

It was nice and clean the room was big. They need to do better with the Breakfast? Pancakes with cold cereal not breakfast.

Not much of a breakfast person but was satisfactory Not enough to choose from. I’m a picky eater so wasn’t a big deal
