Hotel Villa Undulna - Terme della Versilia

Exceptionally clean, wonderfully nice staff and beautiful grounds. They could use a little updating in the restrooms.

Pool is indoors and most of the doors are closed so it was suffocating to be in there in late September. (And I’m a competitive swimmer used to these things). Our apartment was not equipped for kitchen use- no sponge or dish soap (just dishwasher- so couldn’t wash our cutting board!), missing salt and pepper and oil, and missing laundry detergent. Had enough coffee pods for 1 day. We were able to ask for some of those things with some difficulty- staff brought us a literal cup of laundry soap for example. Staff were great!

All of the accommodations were wonderful. I really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities and I am now a Kneipp path convert. We paid for breakfast and it was well worth it, with a wide variety of fruit and sweet and savory pastries. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant several nights during our stay. I wish that transportation in the area was better. This is by no means the fault of the property, but we ventured to Forte dei Marmi on Sunday and then experienced great difficulty finding a taxi to take us back to the hotel.

Everything was great! the property itself is super clean as well as the rooms! Caterina and the staff was great! we traveled with our cat from Switzerland and the cleaning ladies apart from being nice, they always made sure our cat was safe! this really gave us a piece of mind throughout the entire week that we where there. Thanks again for our magnificent suite with view to the ocean! The staff in the restaurant was super attentive too! our coffee was served without even asking after they knew our preferences. This is our hotel of choice every year when we travel to forte! The free bicycles to explore the city was great and the breakfast with fresh pastries was delicious too! There was nothing we did not like, everything was great!

My stay was just perfect for both the room which was very clean and spacious, the property is in the perfect location with beautiful park and lovely pool perfect for swimming laps and spa for relaxing. I am sorry I could not stay for longer! Everything was perfect

Pool, location near the seashore and forte dei marme center, large rooms, large balcony Laundry took too long time. Additional charges for many small things which could have been included.

They need to change the mattress and the pillows in the rooms

The swimming pool and the garden were very relaxing. The beach was right across the street. The restaurant was very good. The breakfast excellent as well. I was offered nice options for gluten-free food. The staff was very friendly and caring. Bikes available. Not much going on in the direct neighbourhood in terms of stores, events and restaurants.

I had to check out earlier than usual and so I couldn’t use the breakfast service. They have suggested me for a meal box once I will checkout, but at the end they didn’t give anything and I didn’t ask on porpoise

The staff and grounds of the hotel are amazing but the rooms are very tired. The walls in the apartment are paper thin, and I could hear peoples full conversations in the next hotel rooms. The rooms are very tired and need a refresh. The plugs in the rooms didn't work with modern plugs or adapters which was frustrating. It would be easy to add hooks or more kitchen tools to make ihr stay more comfortable.

Nice thermal pool, comfy bed and spacious room. Breakfast is excellent. Close the the beach and some restaurants. Some of the standard rooms are for people with disabilities and there is a plastic curtain that makes a mess when taking a shower.

There was absolutely nothing not to like! Everything was extraordinary from the facilities to the food and the wonderful service from the kind staff. The swimming pool was covered which allowed for swimming even on rainy days and the beach was just across the street. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing vacation (where dogs are also welcome, which made us love the place even more!) This mistake was our own! We arrived by train from Milan and didn't rent a car which made going on trips a bit difficult. But it was definitely possible. The staff was so kind to help us order taxis when needed and check the timetables of the busses and trains. We loved our stay and are wishing to come back some day!
