The golf course and breakfast with a self-serve pancake machine.

Nice location, good choice for breakfast, friendly team Mattress was very hard and lumpy, didn't sleep very well. Talked to reception who said all rooms to be refurbished over next 2 years. Hotel photos show tea and coffee in rooms, these are no longer available.These would be a nice touch. Don't advertise what is not available, change photos Rooms looked tired and need the refurb.

Very friendly, nice bar & restaurant. Although the room was clean, some communal areas and the corridors were dirty, looked like they hadn’t been swept in a while, and areas which need maintenance/decorating.

views of the gold course Construction work with wall drilling occurred in the early morning and late afternoon, but no notice was given. We were with two babies who could not sleep due to this noise. We complained, but nothing happened. The phones in the rooms did not work, so you had to walk back to reception to talk with them. The air conditioning does not work, and it is sweltering, with no ventilation in the apartment's old construction, poorly maintained and dirty, Rude employees are arrogant and do not care for guests.

Well out of town but really nice position, surrounded by the golf course. Swimming pool great but midges infested. Restaurant was closed and visitors need to enquire when checking in.
