Great location just right outside of the “Old Town”. The rooftop pool, patio, and restaurant were very nice. It was so hot when we were there, the pool came in handy! Nothing

Staff were excellent and any question answered and resolved within minutes. Spa was excellent. Location perfect. If I’m being picky the shower needed a shower mat as a bit slippery.

The hotel staff were amazing, we turned up very late and we were still able to get room service. We visited the bar too for snacks There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel

Great location, right next to the city centre and within easy walking distance of everything. The staff were excellent and provided everything we needed. The spa and pool were fantastic, thank you for a lovely stay

Super friendly and helpful staff, particularly Blaze - have some great recommendations during our stay. Good location, walking distance to the town. Room was a nice size and very clean. Was a little confusing with parking and also getting out of the hotel to walk to the town - but staff were very helpful with this.

Location, personal touch of a little teddy for my son. Spa. Daily room turndown. Ordered a taxi at reception and they just left before they told us it arrived and didn’t offer to help with luggage. Price of soft drinks. 6€ for a bottled juice and fizzy drinks. The quality of the food on the bar snacks menu. The temperature of the rooftop pool it’s v cold.

Beautiful modern hotel a few minutes from Montpellier station and 10 minutes walk into the old centre. Rooms were fantastic, breakfast was amazing. Rooftop space is beautiful. Rooftop pool was freezing!

The team is amazing, From the front of house to the food & beverage and the housekeeping team. I requested a late check-out and even though that the hotel was fully booked, they let me stay a bit longer at not extra cost. The toilet was very small, you couldn't do your thing properly lol and there were no iron and ironing board in the room, when I asked for, they gave me a tiny iron board. I believe that hotel can do better than that especially with a big hospitality group such as "Accor"
