Bed was nice The room was clearly a renovation of an old persons home or something like that. More motel then hotel. Breakfast was poor

Breakfast is strictly mediocre but functional. It runs very early, from 6 AM to 9 AM, which is perfect if you need to hit the road. They serve legitimate fresh bread and baked pastries, but the rest of the selection is extremely limited. It will fill you up, but do not expect a standard hotel breakfast. I am honestly very surprised by the overwhelmingly positive reviews. This is fundamentally a motel with exterior entrances. Just like others have warned, the doors have absolutely zero soundproofing. You hear everything. The room itself feels cheap and genuinely unsettling. Bizarrely, the AC is hardlocked and will not go above 20 degrees, making the whole place feel permanently cold. It is obvious the owners wanted to pretend this is a premium spot but entirely skipped the actual investment. It is vastly overpriced for what is actually delivered.

The woman with the braids working front desk was terrible. Very very unfriendly, rude, condescending. Worst staff. A young man working in the front desk was very kind.

Very basic motel style accommodation but clean room. Walking distance to Odysseum tram stop was only 15-20mins to catch line 1 to the centre. Off the hwy so convenient stop when travelling through with easy parking. No coffee machine in room. Holes in the plaster of wall in bathroom made it feel unkept.

The toilet wash sink was cracked and felt unsafe. There was one opening in the sink that would leak water on the floor. Then, the shower was broken and I asked them to fix it but they didn't, and then one day the toilet flush did not have any water and I again talked to the recipient who said they wouldl fix it but they did not and I had to fix it myself. Breakfast is pretty basic. As a person eating only halal food, my options in breakfast were very limited.

The breakfast was very good, great for a good start to a long day When we went to our room it had not been cleaned. We advise the staff but had wait until they checked the room We were given another room but the AC did not work adequately so needed to use a very noise fan all night. We asked about another room but were told the AC is the same in most of the rooms
