Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Very warm welcoming every time they spoke to us. A bit old and worn out areas but not a big problem.

All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Really important when guests are there to support someone in one of the 4 hospitals nearby. Room is small but clean and it's got all you'd need. Comfortable bed. Pleasant private terrace. The food options are excellent at the end of a long day. Beats endless pizza. Breakfast is very good too. Two things: still no English language TV channel. France 24 English would be great. A towel rail! Need one. And a note about hanging up your towels so you don't get news EVERY DAY. Think of the environment please

Staff, breakfast, comfort My room at ground floor had bad smell coming from the shower. Other rooms at first and second floors did not have this issue

Very nice reception clerk. Well, all is ok for the price, but a bit more comfort (bigger, softer bed, extra blanket) would be nice.

The convenience of it being near the hospital We couldn’t check in until after 18.00pm because there was no staff. We were told to come back even though check in was anytime after 16.00hrs. No staff on to assist with anything. No plug in sink. Towels frayed and only supplied for one person. We were in the ground floor but outside our window was a green patch with a dog on premises and dog fecies covering all the green patch.

There was nothing We booked for passing by this city for one night. Hoping to relax and have a good sleep before next day ride. We would not complain about the room -drought it was old and needed some freshness. But we would complain about the night - at ca 01.00 in the night come random people from next room stated to walk around the corridor, shouting, yelling and making a noise. We tried to sleep but it was not possible. Till 05.00 in the morning we still were not able to have any quiet hours. They just run at corridor, slammed the doors edc. Until we went ourselves behind their door to ask them to stop this whatever they were doing there at night. After that we had few hours of sleep. Morning - we read the manual of the room - if there is anything that you are complaining we appreciate always if you come to us at first. So we went to the administrator task about this issue. Answer was that ok, thanks for the information. Instead of offering us some discount - whatever, from room price, parking or breakfast. Nothing. So there we were, 2 hours with sleep left with negative feedback :)
