They had secure free parking with lots of space. The hotel ambiance is nice, and the staff is friendly. I also liked that they have carts you can borrow to haul your luggage to the parking lot. It was well equipment. Someone thought of everything the guests need! The room was a bit small but that's typical for Ibis. However, it was clean and the beds are comfortable.

The staff were helpful and the bed was comfortable. Shower and bath ok. I feel that breakfast poor and one of the breakfast halls was very small. Not enough variety of food and only continental breakfast was available. Vending machine for snacks and drinks needs upgrading, only accepts coins.

I went on a cycling holiday. Staff kindly held my bike bag until I returned and then kindly called me a taxi to the airport, all while being friendly. The man on reception when I arrived said he couldn’t hold my bag because of Islamic terrorists. Tool.

The hotel was clean and offers good value for money. Everything was correct and comfortable for a short stay. The location is perfect, very close to the Garcia Lorca tram stop, which makes it easy to reach different parts of the city. The breakfast buffet was okay but not very varied, just the essentials. A €150 security deposit is required at check-in. While it is released after checkout, the refund may take time to appear back in your account, which can be inconvenient for travelers who need quick access to their money.
