It was so stinky. I hope they do not put together male and female together. It is not safe and it was so stinky especially for students. Please put together all clean students and those males or who are not taking a bath together. Please do not join them in a pod where we cannot have good sleep because of the strong bad odor considering it is a closed and packed room:(

Nothing the whole things was a scam I had asked for a separate room and got put in an enclosure with strangers, absolutely unacceptable. How disorganized, false advertising and inconsistent the staff was

The electricity, we can not use the tv and the heating at the same time, the shower was cold

You get what you pay for. Noisy until midnight. No TV remote. College dorm atmosphere. Not for adults.

Basement room. Room has no soundproofing, you can hear every single noise when people walk around.

The parking was frustrating, the staff wasnt very helpful. Only stayed there for 8 hrs

Parking may have been public but there was NO PARKING AVAILABLE!

I booked a “standard bedroom” so a normal bedroom , they ended up sending me an email saying that I got a deluxe shared bedroom, i kept calling the website and the hotel they said they’ll refund me but never did when the problem comes from the website.

We had booked a double room, and they took us to a crapy dirty dormitory, so we didn’t even take the reservation and they refused to refund, even though what they offered us had nothing to do with the room we had booked.

Location is ex to all atractions, close to metro station. Rooms like in basement, no a proper window. Toilet glass only !

Nothing - only stayed for 10 hours and booked another hotel It was NOT a Boutique Hotel!! The place is in a basement, no windows, unclean and walls are paper thin so could hear other guests walking in and out throughout the night.

it was clean with a big tv it was in the basement with no windows (I got no warning of this). I tried to cancel once I got there and they wouldn’t refund me even though I’d only been there for 5 seconds. it was my boyfriends birthday and I wanted to go to a special place but this was very disappointing. I asked for the manager to call me but he wouldn’t call me until the morning so by then it would be too late to cancel my stay.
