Breakfast, although buffet style, included both hot and continental items that were fresh and tasty. Real eggs! A+ The location is excellent to access center city and the arts venues. The old city is nice walk away. Nothing.

This is a great hotel in the very centre of Montreal. Very comfortable rooms with sleek design and decent breakfast. A really nice gym too.

My friend booked separately and asked for bottled water for the room upon arrival, which she of course offered to pay for. And the staff not only refused to accommodate such a simple request, but was also a bit abrupt about it. Very unexpected based on typical standards of customer service. We also had a reception staffer that was very unfriendly during checking, including toward a fellow staff, so we tried to avoid her as much as possible for any other interactions. There was also no iron/steamer in the room, which would be pretty standard these days for modern hotels.

Great location and very comfortable bed. We had a handicap room, so actually enjoyed the bigger space. The coffee service was well stocked and there is a fridge. Breakfast a was a bit pricey, so you may choose to look elsewhere if the morning was nice; we had rain so chose to eat at hotel.

Location is excellent for access to Metro, Gare Central, arts & entertainment, Old Montreal. Our comp breakfast was unusually good. Clean, upscale, and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quite small; inadequate space for clothes, no desk or writing surface. Heavy quilt with no option for a lighter sheet to sleep under.
