Bed and pillows were actually OK. Shower with hot water WC was broken and I was told “there is nothing to do about it as the hotel is full” . Air conditioning was not user adjustable and the split was dropping water. Room was horribly impregnated of cigarette stinky smell. Place was very noisy because bad sound insulation. Location far from any shops and bus service in the area was not working.

Location was fine. Price was reasonable Our child who had a medical condition wet the bed; we didn’t have time to explain the situation and apologize, so when the staff found the sheets they barged into our room and screamed at my friend. Her child and her were both in their underwear. They continuously came into the room, yelling at them and laughing. I tried to explain the situation to reception, they were not apologetic, offered no refund saying “we don’t cry for you.” I apologized that I understand the bed wetting is a problem, but barging into a guests room while they are changing and verbally abusing them is unacceptable. We did not feel safe here and had to leave early because of this. I would urge anyone to not stay here, the low price is not worth it

At 10 km by metro from Paris. The bathroom was too small.

They don’t inlet for charging if you are traveling from USA canada then will need universal charger staff don’t help with it Clean cheap

It was a bit out of the way with no amenities around really. Didn’t seem like a great area. Only spent 1 nite the room was very small but just slept and left in the morning. Nothing fancy here

Nothing The rooms were very small , bed bug/ cockroaches infestation . Bugs and insects were crawling on the beds and on the floor . Rooms were very dirty, smells cigarettes and marujuana .

The location There wasn't any facility in the room. E.g. fridge and microwave

Cheap. Close to the Metro and bus stop. Not bad for visiting Paris. Facilities did not always work first time around. Very noisy.

I didn't like any thing. Hostel was too small. They uploaded the room picture like it's big and comfortable but actually it's too small you can't move around. This room is just for sleeping. Like I said I liked nothing in this hostel it's too small and uncomfortable.
