All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including breakfast staff, reception and cleaning staff. Everyone was there to help make our holiday a good one. A special mention of Davide. It would have been good to know, ahead of time, that the air conditioning had been turned off centrally due to the season. We spent one long night trying to work out what to do to get the temperature right for us.

We were stuck in Monza unexpectedly after a cancelled train and booked a room here last minute. It's a short walk from the train station. The staff was incredible and gave us recommendations for the area. There is a sitting area where you can order from the bar behind the desk (open late). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was great, and we were happy with our stay. There is an option to include breakfast, but we didn't try it. We did try La Cucina di Via Zucchi, which was on The Fork app and recommended by the staff, and it was great.
