On 11th June, I had emailed a formal complaint and had sent to info@hoteldelaville.com; r.napoleone@hoteldelaville.com; reservation@hoteldelaville.com Unfortunately, up to this date I did not receive any feedback despite several follow-up calls from my assistant.

The hotel is warm and inviting ! The people working there go above and beyond to give guests a great experience. The restaurant has an amazing staff and the food is wonderful! The hotel is located in a beautiful area, although 25 minutes from Milan, it is an easy commute.

The hotel is beautifully decorated . I felt like a princess sleeping with the fabric draped over the bed and crystal chandelier . The location is wonderful you can walk to the Ville Royale, downtown shopping or the park. The food in the restaurant is also excellent.

Breakfast however was ok: we were 30 minutes before closure of the buffet and there was no effort to fill up the serving stations

Lovely room, one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. The size of the room, extra large bed, everything exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Great location, walking distance from the center of Monza and just across the street from the Villa Reale di Monza. Breakfast was delicious. They even have a little parking lot in the back. I would be happy to stay here again if I ever come back to Monza. Nothing.

Beautiful property - breakfast was excellent- good service overall. It is located in a residential area - city center and restaurants are 15 to 20 min walk. During our stay, it rained a lot so the streets and sidewalks were flooded.

Location was great close to the palace and short walk from the center. Staff was kind and helped us with navigating to Milan. Nothing.

Superb hotel in Monza. Staff were excellent, particularly Alex in the Derby Bistrot. Beautiful rooms with fabulous facilities.

Dinner at the Verandah. We arrived late, in a group of two families / 8 people, dressed in traveling gear not for dinner - staff were very friendly and welcoming nonetheless (the hotel is in what seems to be a posh old money district within Monza). Food was delicious and the restaurant setting very elegant and still cozy. Very much appreciated!

The style of this hotel is amazing and sooooooo good. It had a very luxurious feel, old stylish feel, everything was just perfect and we love it.
