The accessible room made an already difficult situation worse. The shower design allowed water to spread across the bathroom floor, creating an unnecessary hazard. A bright exterior floodlight shone into the room through the blinds. It was also difficult to get help; in my experience, only one staff member was available to handle the needs of the entire hotel every day I was there. At a time when I needed safety, rest, and basic flexibility, I received none. Expedia and this hotel made an already painful time harder than it had to be. I will not use either again and strongly recommend that others choose somewhere else.

It was really clean and staff was nice! There wasn’t enough parking, so we had to park across the street. It wasn’t too bad though.

Strong urine scent in elevator and literally wet floor- room had the same foul smell and a very dirty tub. Great location but sadly will not recommend to anyone or ever return. It was truly gross.
