Loved the location and typical Spanish style The bed whilst large was uncomfortable! The mattress was way too hard and would greatly benefit from a new mattress or at the very least a topper!

General hotel ambience, excellent staff Hotel was generally cold. More power sockets needed in bedroom (212) USB outlet would be useful. Bathroom in need of attention.

Location and decor Many thing were being stored inside for winter and we had to walk past all of that to enter for our massages. The spa was closed for maintenance so we were not able to enjoy the indoor spa area which was disappointing as it was winter and we would have liked to enjoy the heated pool.

Beautiful surroundings, beautiful pool are, nice architecture and interior design thruout. Really nice dining are and a good breakfast. Helpfull, accomidating staff.

The property was lovely although it was evident that it was early season for them and the hotel didn’t seem to be staffed adequately or parts of the hotel ready.

The room opened onto to the beautiful pool area. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly but professional. Couldn’t connect to the wi-fi and there was no mobile signal.

Great hotel great staff. Breakfast was amazing. Had dinner the food again was fabulous. Gardens are amazing you feel like you are in an oasis. 100% would go back to this hotel. Can't fault it.
