Excellent service, upgrade rooms, lobby is cozy, excellent breakfast, happy hour from Monday to Friday at the bar, and near to the restaurants.

Wonderful stay. The jacuzzi “ special chair for handicap persons “ did not work properly this visit. We think the battery was not charged or faulty. However, the pool experience was nice. Consider bringing towel to the poolside as the towels get used up quickly. .

Calm No one change my linen

My stay at Ayer’s in Moreno Valley CA was so good I booked another night for 2 nights later. The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had, all of the regular options but there was an omelette bar as well. The omelette bar had many different options to add to the omelette. The rooms were spacious, this part surprised me because it was a bit larger than what we had at a different hotel brand in San Diego. The only complaint I have is there are no locations outside of California.

We have stayed here often and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We especially like the included hot breakfast, which has an omelette station on weekdays.

Everything was great, room was clean, staff were amazing. I just wish the restaurant actually served what they had on the website. The tacos were so yummy, but there was no rice no beans no tamales etc. At breakfast, the only meat options were all pork, so that could be something to change. Other than that it was great.

It was clean, decent. The property was well maintained and the rooms were large. The food was average. There wasn’t anything stand out about the place. Overall, great stay if you are visiting UC Riverside.

We liked how close it was to the shopping centers but thats about it We had higher expectations for this hotel. The hotel had poor lighting, no working lamps, stiff mattress, thin walls and so much street noise coming through from the windows & ac unit. Worst sleep.
