There was no working ice machines working

Honestly pretty gross hotel. Trash everywhere, smelled bad, towels were stained and nasty. AC barely worked in the room and TV remote was dead. Ice machine broken and no fridge or microwave. Also breakfast said till 10am and at 9 it was all packed up and they said it takes 45 mins to "make eggs" and that's why they took down the breakfast. 0/10 would recommend staying here

The room was clean and that was all I needed.

Way and I mean way overpriced

The only complaint I have is that I stayed here 8 nights, requested housekeeping twice and never received it!! That's not okay for me!

This hotel was one that you get what you pay for. The rooms were smaller than usual. The hotel was clean but older and a bit musty. But it was adequate for the price. There wasn't much to the breakfast but again, it fit the price range.

The Front Desk attendant, Daniel Wilson III, was excellent! He cleaned the Lobby, which immediately smelled fresh upon entry. Our original room’s ac wasn’t functioning so he had another room cool & ready. He even made a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies the evening we checked in~ There was an old mattress out back, but I think Daniel is working to have it removed~

Front desk was very courteous The rooms AC was not working had to wait for a room to be cleaned at 6pm. Decided at that point to switch hotels. Went to throw out the garbage and it was packed and a whole bunch of mates came flying out. Very unclean space.

amazing stay!!great location beds were so comfortable and plenty of pillows excellent water pressure staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was amazing!!! Will definitely be staying here when I travel to Morgantown

HOWEVER, when i got in bed there were, what appeared to be, old dried blood stains on the sheets. I was given another set of sheets and found the same. I took pictures.

There was one ice machine and it was broken. So no fridge and no ice. I understand it was the essentials but seems like you should have more than one ice machine so if one breaks down there is a back up. Or if you have one ice machine. What is the back up plan to supply your guest with ice. Not just “sorry”

Bathroom tub sink toilet is very dirty didn’t clean for a while

Staff was nice room couldn't open so somebody had to stay inside at all times to let the other in or we had to get help from staff room couldn't open so somebody had to stay inside at all times to let the other in or we had to get help from staff place wasn't very clean smelled like the maid didn't take her time cleaning up from the last person and the breakfast was awful

The girl at the desk was very friendly and sweet though. Rooms were fairly clean but run down Not the worst place Ive been but definitely doesn't deserve many stars At least the price wasn't bad. You get what you pay for

Clean room and tv remote was not eorking

The outside of the hotel is terrible, the least they could pick or even cut the weeds in the pathways. Made the first impression feel like I was walking an abandoned building!! The clerk was quick, friendly and check in was easy. Walking to the room several stains in the carpet. The room- 3 pillows per queen bed- the size of a throw pillow. Toilet were not clean, and barely flushed. Now on to breakfast. Open at 0700-we were downstairs at 710 and there was a spoon full of eggs and a few sausages with cold biscuits and some gravy. The desk clerk was sitting behind the desk with no intention to make anymore. She came out and placed the decaf coffee of the brewing station, and ignored everything else.
