Very nice hotel

Oooh that noise! Maybe we just hit the terrible double-whammy of a room right across from/above the restaurant's patio and on top of the interstate. Very loud outside band playing until just after midnight (a Friday night) and loud cars alllll night. Other than that, nice new carpet in the rooms! Slightly awkward bathroom set up that begs for a door on the water closet. Great Tim Horton coffee pods for the coffee maker.

A very nice hotel. Nice ambiance & decor. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was huge. Needs more soundproofing between the floors. Awakened & could hear every step & cough when the occupant in the room above came in at 1 a.m. & got up again at 3 a.m. And could hear the music from the restaurant's outdoor entertainment. Not sure I'd stay there again due to the noise.

I have stayed at this hotel several times because of its convenience on my travels. However, last night was the last time I will stay there. I could barely sleep because of the gross sheets on the bed. They were pilling and had those little balls all over them that felt terrible on the skin and are literally from being old and overused. If I didn’t have a child that needed to sleep, I would have just left. When the AC kicked on it smelled old and musty and the smell was overwhelming. The room never got very cold despite dropping the thermostat down to 65 degrees. I would have rather slept in my car, than waste my money on this hotel. For how much it cost, it is definitely not worth it. The room I reserved also advertised a daybed, which was not in the room I received. Additionally, it also advertised soundproofing which seems nonexistent given the amount of noise I heard throughout the night and being that close to the interstate.

Nice breakfast

Everything was good! Only a couple minor issues when we checked in. First, there wasn’t a TV remote in the room to operate the TV, called the front desk and a staff member ran one down in less than 10 minutes. Second, the shower handle fell off, and wasn’t an issue but forgot to let housekeeper know. And the third issue was the availability of parking as there is a restaurant/bar that had a band each night that really drew in the crowd. But everything else was great.

Very clean and rooms are roomy and comfortable.
-
The room was very large with sparse furniture and needed lamps for extra lighting. It felt unfinished but clean. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
-
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff

Great location!! Right next to Tropics and just off of the highway!!
-
The room was okay. We booked a suite but didn't get one even though we paid for it. Room had very dirty carpet and floors but staff was nice.

Roman and staff was great!

The hotel and staff were very good. The hotel rooms are not soundproof. If you are on the interstate side and are a light sleeper, you may be awake all night. You can also hear your neighbors coughing, hairdryer, etc. The Tropics restaurant next door was good.

The staff was amazing but the room was overall very dirty!
-
Great service and great room.
